Educated at Carmel College, he obtained his law degree from the Royal Victoria University of Manchester and his professional qualification from The College of Law, London.
Before moving to Bangkok, he was the senior partner of Bonds Solicitors, a 5 partner commercial law firm in London W1, specializing in commercial, corporate and property law. He and his firm represented major property developers and investors and was responsible for many high profile transactions including well known London landmark investments. He was the lawyer for the Hyde Park Trust, which created the Queen Elizabeth Gates in Hyde Park London erected in honour of the Queen Mother.
He has lived in Bangkok for the last 20 years and is the Senior Consultant of SBLAW ASIA, the firm he founded 13 years ago.
